Custom Capabilities Showcase (Full CG)

The Challenge:
The client offers unlimited customisation for electrical enclosures—from specific cutouts to complex internal mounting solutions. The challenge was that no single physical model existed that contained all these features simultaneously. They needed a way to demonstrate that "we can build whatever you design."

The Solution:
I acted as a Virtual Engineer to create a "Master Model." I synthesised data from dozens of separate STEP files, combining incompatible features into one "Frankenstein" prototype. I then directed a continuous "one-shot" animation, taking the viewer on a tour around this digital model. The camera highlights every custom capability—Swing-Out Doors, Rivet Nuts, Drip Shields, and Insulation—proving the flexibility of the manufacturing process.

Key Technical Aspects:
Virtual Prototyping: Manually integrating various mechanical components (Gland plates, Support struts, DIN rails) into a standard base frame.
Camera Work: Single continuous take for immersion.
Motion Graphics: HUD-style callouts for technical features.
